PAYMENT
There are 10 tuition payments for the year, which is your yearly amount divided by 10 (September – June), allowing the same amount regardless of sessions attended. Payment is expected prior to any dance instruction. Payments may be made yearly, trimester, or monthly. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. All payment is due first class of each month. A late fee of $5.00 will be incurred as of the 10th/17th/24th of each month not to exceed $15.00. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
JUNE CONCERT
Please add $20.00 costume deposit to October tuition. All costumes must be paid in full by December 23rd. Costume deposits are non-refundable. Costumes will be released once June tuition is paid.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make-up classes will be issued if canceled due to instructor, inclement weather, or student illness. Due to recital preparation, any student make-up due to illness will be issued at the instructor’s discretion. Three make-up classes will be allowed. Make-up classes may not be used in exchange for credit. There will be a message on studio recording if studio closes due to inclement weather.
CLASSES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE SEASON TO SEASON
PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Teachers and staff are not responsible for children after class time. Please be prompt in picking up your children. Any child not taking class should not be left unattended. For your convenience, we have two waiting rooms with Cable TV and a snack machine. There is a lookout room upstairs where you can watch your child’s class if in studio A.
INJURY
BCDC is not responsible for injury incurred while in or out of class. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
